Some know how to buy things for that significant other. You might know that person's tastes when it comes to fashion, jewelry, or what have you. Most aren't exactly privy to that information, however. This tends to make the decision all that more difficult. I would almost recommend jewelry shopping before the final purchase. Surprises aren't always so nice when it comes to jewelry that will be permanently affixed to someone's hand. That being said, if the love is deep enough, that special person will be pleased to wear even the most gaudy or modest of rings.
